Summary

• Use the product lawfully and reasonably. No scraping abuse, fraud, or resale of the service.
• Free tier: 3 evaluations/day; Pro: unlimited while subscription is active.
• “As‑is” software: we strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee outcomes.

1) Agreement

By using UPC Evaluator you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account.

3) Plans & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing is handled by Stripe. Taxes may apply.

4) Acceptable use

No illegal use, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no reselling account access.

5) IP

We retain IP rights to the software and content. You retain your own content.

6) Warranty & liability

Provided “as is” without warranties; to the fullest extent permitted by law our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate for violations. You may cancel anytime; see Refunds for policy.
